Anna’s Garden, Villa Valdepian’s bistro, offers a unique experience that combines superb gastronomy with beautiful surroundings. Located in the shade of centuries-old pines and cypresses, right by the sea, Anna’s Garden bistro brings only the best of Istrian cuisine. Master chef Marko Gorela uses local seasonal ingredients to prepare dishes according to old recipes, but with the help of modern tools and techniques.

If you are only in the mood for a snack, Anna’s Garden bistro offers a range of cold appetizers, which are called spuntini in Istria. You can enjoy them on the bistro terrace, which is ideal for relaxing in good company and a drink in hand thanks to the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. You will be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful end of your workday or week.

We believe that a healthy breakfast is important for a good start to the day, so we select only the best local specialties for our guests and visitors. It is also particularly practical that guests can stay at Villa Valdepian, which can accommodate up to 100 guests. This way, every occasion becomes a special and unique experience.

We stayed here beginning of June. The location is just great with excellent possibilities for endless walking, not crowded, and the sea is wonderful with easy shallow access. Apartments are comfortable and sufficiently equipped. Service is excellent, and food in the restaurant is delicious. The personal is friendly and always ready to help. Dogs are allowed on the beach - for those who need to bring their pats. Overall a very pleasant stay and we are definitely happy to recommend this place for anyone searching for quiet relaxing retreat with beautiful seaside. The only point of criticism is very poor wifi connection - hopefully that is easy to improve in the future. Thanks for hosting us!

Villa Valdepian under new management is a great experience! The location with it‘s historic heritage back to the K&K monarchy is a beautiful site offering seaside experience for everyone. Beach, garden and next to huge cypresses natural shadow. The morning starts with different types of delicious breakfasts („Healthy“, „Classic“, „Istrian“ and „Sweet“). During the day and for dinner the restaurant offers different kind of more locally influenced meals you would expect in a fine restaurant along with drinks and excellent wine from the region…..The Appartement is clean and maybe not the latest standard, but this is truly compensated by the location directly at the seaside with own showers and superb service provided by the team. Thank you!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

Villa Valdepian it's an incredible place to take your family! We went with our small kids and they loved to play in the ocean just in front of the hotel. If you enjoy sleeping with the gentle sound of waves thats the place for you. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly and caring. Top service. Regarding the view and location, its just spectacular! You will not re great!
